Windowed scrolling for categories when writing blog posts

    Recently I noticed when I am writing a blog post, the Categories window will now list down all the categories instead of a small window with scrolling.

    This means I have 1700 categories and all of them are shown in the page and if I want to get to the bottom of the page, I have to scroll through all of them.

    How to enable the small window like previously?
