Windows Live Space migration problem

    When I tried to import my blog content to WordPress, I can never get through step 2. When I click the “connect” in step 1 and the pop-up window, it always tells me “Sorry, a problem occurred. PLease try again.” After I try again, it tells me “internet explorer cannot show the content”. I’m wondering if it’s a technical problem or simply because I’m located in China?

  • Yes; we believe this is an issue with your location in mainland China and internet access controls established there.

    We are currently investigating the issue along with the team at Microsoft but do not know when a solution will be available.
