Windows Live Writer does not detect Imbalance 2 post page

  Hi!
  I am using Imbalance 2 and WLW to publish. I have a couple of questions:

  1. In WLW, the editing only detects the front page of Imbalance 2, so i end up writing in narrow columns! Do you know if there is any setting i can change anywhere so that it detects the full width template on my posts instead?

  2. IS there a way to set featured image directly on WLW bypassing wordpress?
