Thanks for letting us know of your interest. We are focusing our mobile development efforts on Android and iOS apps at the moment, but you are always able to access WordPress.com via the browser.
I know that’s not what you were hoping to hear, but I hope the mobile browser gives you some options!

Hi, actually this is not the news you wanted to know … i think WordPress should not be forgotten of an operating system such as Windows Phone, which already has relevance within the world of smartphone. Work through the web is not an ideal situation, you need an app to make everything easier and more convenient. I would be grateful if you could devote effort to develop this app for Windows Phone.
