  I can’t paste whatever I get with winshot on my blog. Why?

  No idea. What do you get with winshot?

  If it’s code and it contains the words javascript, iframe, form, or flash, it won’t work here for security reasons.

  If you want to show us what it is, paste it here. If it’s code, paste it between backticks so that it shows up properly, backticks being those little marks on the same key as the ~ that look like this: `

  I haven’t heard of Winshot; is it a screenshot program?

  Are you trying to paste the image directly into your editor? It might be better uploading it to WordPress so it will display properly. You also need to check that it’s not a bmp or some other file type that WordPress doesn’t support.

  If neither of those help, can you provide more details so we can try and work out what’s going on?
