  I made a website http://organicfoodshoppers.com/. However, when each update theme will be deleted code that I added to the header(ad sense …). How do I prevent this happening.

  The best way to make changes to a theme on a self-hosted site is to use a child theme, so your tweaks won’t be overwritten when updating the theme. Here are some guides in case you haven’t made one before:

  For AdSense, you’d also have the option of using a plugin, which would be another way of preventing your changes from being wiped out when you update the theme:
