Wiped out widgets & plugins on window7 pc!

  I have just reloaded and instigated Evidence Eliminator to clean up all my unwanted pc files , because i havent used it for a while, i failed to pick up checking saving all my plugins & widgets. i missed this section. Consequently they have been wiped off my pc including all the wp widgets on wp.com and my self hosted wp.com websites. Its a disaster and a lot of work ahead trying to restore back to normal. What can I do to get the default ones restored please?

  Thanks for the response, however I have both. http://www.wuqingtongtisuitedetoxcleansing.wordpress.com has no widgets on my pc, the website has limited functionality, the tabs are all there in admin but are not responsive.

  just checking this morning , overnight my blog is now not available : archived or suspended? either way i think its because of the functionality

  if you have a warning notice on your dashboard with a link in it. Please click that link.
