  I’ve seen this theme used on wordpress but can’t find it for use on my site

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The themes we can use here at WordPress.COM are limited to those on your dashboard, under Appearance. Themes from elsewhere are for WordPress.ORG blogs.

  We can request that WordPress.org themes be coded to operate on WordPress.com software. Form the sticky post at the head of this forum:

  Hi epworthumchurch,

  As it has been pointed out, the Wise Business theme is not available on WordPress.com. It is currently only available for self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.

  I will make note of your suggestion. If you would like to tell us why you’d like to see it on WordPress.com, that would be great.
