Wish to change contact details for site

  I’m setting up a site for a friend and worried it might always be attached to me, so went in to delete and set up using her details, but I’d like to keep the site I’ve named it. How can I do this?

  Hi there, Don’t delete the site or you won’t be able to reuse the address.

  You can transfer ownership of the site to your friend after they have set up their own account on WordPressdotcom.

  thanks justjennifer, I thought I must be able to but didn’t want to get so far into the creating of it to find out it’d be a complicated process. I’ll crack on then and transfer it to her once I’ve completed it. Really appreciate your feedback.
