  It doesn’t appear that you have any content except for a twitter widget.

  If you have content in your media library you can delete that yourself.
  dashboard—>media library—>mark top box—>bulk actions—>delete permanently

  If your concern is the 404 error, then that is there because you deleted the placeholder post that came with your site (Hello World). Just write a post and the not-found error will vanish.
