Wish to know how you treat these problems…?

I’ve spent a lot of time using Google’s blogger. When I innocently placed a simple meta-redirect tag into one of my pages, they automatically assessed the blog as spam and totally removed it. I’ve spent enormous time trying to figure out their “process” (ha-ha-ha) on how to get it reviewed and restored. They have no process and no actual support mechanisms whatsoever.. just a massive community of non-google employees trying to muddle their way through problems.
I want to get it restored, but at this point I would NEVER continue to use that site. I just want to retrieve my hard work and then move it over to WordPress. (It was a toss-up when i first chose between Blogger and WordPress and I deeply regret my decision to use Blogger. I’ll be a forever advocate against it … and for WordPress if it proves more competent than Google.)

Before I invest my time and money again, I need to know how YOU treat these issues.
If your automatic processes recognize some blog looking like spam do you automatically remove it? I’ve no problem with that — you gotta to such things. The important thing is.. do you have a process for a user to get their blog back again? Like maybe some simple instructions.

Thank you for your reply in advance. Please understand, my concern here is simply to see that WordPress is not as incompetent as Google before I waste my time using your product. (Google’s inability to provide such a basic and simple bit of support to their users is truly astonishing.)

Yes, even if our system auto-flags your blog for suspicious links, you can always get in touch with (human) support and explain the circumstances.
