Wish to recover an old account URL name.

I can still go to my site InsideTheWord.wordpress.com but I have not published to it for years and I do not known my user name, login, or if I ever used any credit card or pay pal, which I doubt. How can I regain access or get new access to this domain that is mine with wordpress so I can start publishing again? Thank you for any help.

Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
