    Are you speaking of your domain, bencecsalar.com? You cancelled that domain so you no longer own it. You can’t transfer something you don’t own.

    If you still want that domain, I will have to email our registrar to try and get it back for you. Please confirm if you want me to do that. Also note that if we don’t recover it in time it will enter the Redemption phase, at which point we’ll need to pay a $80 fee to get it back.

    Stefbarz, yesterday we have deleted the domain from WordPress but now we see that bencecsalar.com should be recovered for us today because of the DNS setup and Auth code. We wouldn’t like to pay a whole year subscription. Could you help us?

  • Because you registered the domain through us, our registrar won’t help you directly – the recovery also has to be done through us.

    I’ve emailed our registrar to restore it. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them, usually within 48 hours. Once it’s restored you’ll have enough time to transfer it out without having to renew it on our end first.

    I just want to warn you it might also be transfer locked when our registrar restores it, but I will check when I hear back from them and let you know how to proceed.

  • Your domain has been restored. However, it has been transfer locked as I suspected. I’ve emailed our registrar again to request that the lock is removed.
