  Hi there, if you added the photo to your WordPress.com site via the image block https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/image-block/ when you click the image block you should see an option to replace the existing image.

  If that doesn’t answer your question, please post back here with a link to the post or page where you want to replace the image and let us know how you originally inserted the image.
