I do not know how to link my posts to the daily prompt?

For a week or so, I have been upset not finding satisfactory way to pay back to the host country. I have been living in Alberta for past twenty months or so as a landed immigrant. This province has availed me resources and opportunities. I have been trying my best to cope with newcomers’ challenges and grab available opportunities. But for a week or more, Alberta, esp. Fort Mac.is ablaze. Alberta fire has caught global attention.
At this adverse time, a question has been haunting me: how should I pay back to this panicking host? What should I do to lessen the pain of my new home? Nominal monetary support, which I have done and will be doing, is of no use. This support is not different from that of any volunteer or member of charity organisations. So it has made me rethink my personal responsibility with new home and all immigrants responsibility towards their adopted home. Still do not know what should I actually do, to relieve this pain of home -
