I’d cancelled my wordpress subscription on August 22nd, 2018. It’s been close to 15 days and I’m yet to receive my refund. Kindly look into the matter and process it at the earliest.

If you have cancelled order within an hour or two, it is possible that your bank just removed the original charge from the statement instead of adding a new entry for the refund

Hi there,
We issued a refund for the non-domain portion of your plan on 22 August – the domain was already past the 48-hour refund period at that point and can no longer be refunded. You can see a receipt for that refund, including a transaction reference from our payments processor, here:

But we have no control over how long your bank takes to show the refund in your account. If you haven’t received it yet on their end, please contact them directly to follow up on this.
