with the $99 package, what steps to take after purchasing my domain?

  I just purchased the $99 package and need a little direction on how to proceed. I would like to speak to someone at wordpress or elsewhere that could advise me. I want a webpage to advertise our musical trio and want users to be able to click a couple links on the website to hear a taste of what we do. Of course I want to post contact info, etc.

  I purchased a domain with the 99$ package but haven’t put anything up yet. When I go to the site now it displays the following:
  To purchase coolbluejazz.com, call Buydomains.com at
  781-­373-6812 or 855-­678-7551
  How can they advertise to sell something that they don’t own?

  I have a few basic questions that I believe a short phone conversation with you would resolve. Is that possible?

  The domain you purchased is http://bluecatjazz.com/ not http://coolbluejazz.com/ .
