with the guided transfer will you set up hosting for me?

do i need to set up my own hosting first or will you do it as part of the guided transfer?
i want to move my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. can i just set up a wordpress.org account then copy and paste everything over or do i need to get a guided transfer?
Also, when i go to purchase at the store its saying ‘upgrade not available’.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can purchase the Guided Transfer whenever you’re ready, but you’ll need to set up an account with a new host before the transfer takes place. (Our Guided Transfer team can’t do that step for you.) You can choose from the recommended hosts listed here: http://get.wp.com/hosting/
Once you have the hosting account set up with your new host, our Guided Transfer team will take care of all the steps for installing WordPress and setting up your site there. We have more details about the process here: Guided Transfer
Just to clarify, setting up an account at WordPress.org isn’t enough to move your site to a self-hosted WordPress site. WordPress.org offers the free WordPress software, but it isn’t a hosting platform. If you don’t want a Guided Transfer, you can move your site to a new host yourself — we have more about that here: Moving a Blog
If you’d like to purchase a Guided Transfer, you’ll need to remove the custom fonts that are enabled on your blog first. (Custom fonts can’t be transferred.) You can click here to open the font section of your blog’s customizer:

Then, click the “x” next to each custom font, and click the Save button when you’re done. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to purchase the Guided Transfer for your blog.
