  Hello, I just received this information in banners. “With your current plan, you have prorated credits of € 60.00 Use these credits to upgrade before they expire!”
  What does that mean?

  Howdy –

  If you wanted to upgrade to a higher level plan then what you’ve already paid us would be applied to that purchase. Only the difference in the two plans would be assessed.
