withous acces to wordpress.com, i need my authcode

Good Morning:
we have a website on wordprees.com; The domain is: http://www.ecsantaana.net.
we want to move the domain to another hosting or regsitrador and we need the authcode.This website was designed by an old designer who does not give us access to the panel. we have contacted the WildWest domain to send us the authcode to our administrative contact of the domain, but wildwest refers us to wordpress.com.
We have read how to request the authcode but we DO NOT have access to the wordpress.com account.
Is it possible that they send us the authcode to our email that appears in the administrative contact of the domain? We have all the fiscal data to prove that the web and the domain is our property

our problem is that we do not have any access to wordpress or payments because the web designer was in charge of these matters. We have only been able to verify the data of the owner of the domain and administrative contact that are correct. Therefore, the only way is to send the authcode to the administrative contact email in order to make the necessary registrar changes. thank you for your attention -

We’re not able to get that code for you. Only the domain owner can initiate the transfer and generate the authorization (EPP) code.
If the owner of the domain doesn’t give you access to the dashboard, maybe you can ask them to transfer the domain to your WordPress.com account and then transfer the domain yourself. Here are the instructions:

We are the owners of the domain; You can verify the domain owner’s data at https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=ecsantaana.net. we just want you to send the authcode to the email that appears in whois. the designer who made the web does not give us access to the dashboard. We have all the fiscal data to prove that the domain belongs to our company. Thank you
