Wix issues can be fixed by WordPress?

Hi, we currently have our website on WIX and thinking about port it onto WordPress for better user experience. Wonder whether the following issue can be fixed if we use WP.
1.Laggy of animation (menu bar, animated number – pureland venture page, hover box – investment solution page etc.)
2.Adapt to all kinds of browsers including i.e., edge, chrome, firefox, safari etc.

That’s something that’s controlled by your theme. Wix themes cannot be used on WordPress.com, so you’ll need to use one of our themes instead, that might not even include those same features.
2.Adapt to all kinds of browsers including i.e., edge, chrome, firefox, safari etc.
WordPress.com is designed to work with all major browsers listed at https://browsehappy.com/
3.Faster loading time and less 204 requests (No Content)
It’s not possible to guarantee faster loading time on WordPress.com, as there are many factors out of our control that can impact that, like the type and amount of content on your site, the type and number of widgets you use, the network, browser and device of a specific visitor to your site, etc.
I can tell you WordPress.com sites are optimized to load as fast as possible, and your site’s files get cached on servers across the world so that anyone trying to visit your site can always connect to the server closest to them to reduce lag as much as possible.
204 responses do not indicate a problem. A 204 response on a HTTP request means the request was successful, but that there isn’t anything the server needs to send back in response to the request.
