    Hi, i need your help to import my wix website to wordpress,
    i want to try the import before purchasing any plan. I am currently always ask to purchase a plan before i can go further in this process.
    can you please help with that,

    Hi user,

    It’s not necessarily correct that you need an upgrade to test your import from Wix. You can do that (even on a free site) buy following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/

    Please note that Wix does not actually offer an export option that is formatted to work with WordPress. Instead we use a workaround to grab a copy of your content, but that can sometimes lead to issues. If you run into any please let us know and we will be happy to take a look.

    I’m not sure I understand where you are getting stuck here. I can see you have successfully launched electricmobilityfi.wordpress.com (which is where folks are currently reporting this issue) so were you able to sort that out?
