Wix to wordpress.com: domain name transfer hassle

  Hi there,

  I just bought the domain mapping option for wordpress.com for $13.

  I bought brokensongbook.com through Wix, who’ve sent me a code wix-EDC****6B

  Where do I enter this code?!

  WordPress help says: On your registrar’s website, remove any existing name servers and add the following instead:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com

  Where is this? I’m hoping the $13 I paid means wordpress.com will connect me to the registrar so I can change this? So confused!

  Wait. I just read a happiness engineer say “I’m afraid we do not have the ability to transfer domains in to WordPress.com, only away. I wish I could be of more help in this case but it’s just not a capability that we have.”

  In which case why did I just pay $13? And how do I get it back?!
