Wiziapp

How do I install Wiziapp? I read on WordPress site page (from doing a web search) that to install the Wiziapp (software already downloaded on my Macbook), I must install the Plug-in from the main menu on the left, below “Appearances”, however I cannot locate this Plug-in drop-down option from my Dashboard Menu. Can you please guide me about how to locate the Plug-in features or what alternative way I can install Wiziapp.
Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.
Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Sometimes, even without the installation of a plugin, we can help you gain the function you’d like here at WordPress.com. If you let me know your goals, perhaps I can help further.
Please let me know! Cheers.

Hi Robyn,
Thanks very much for your helpful reply.
The function I’m trying to gain, and I don’t know the technical term for it, is to install my own logo so that, for example, if my site is saved on a reading list or appear at the top of a list of tabs, my logo will appear alongside the site title. I’m not sure what this is called, so apologize for not being succinct, and I hope you can understand my point… -
Hi again!
Ah! It sounds to me like you need a Blavatar. Take a look at this link, and see if the description and instructions look like they’ll suit your needs:
