    Hi there,

    You see your information on the contact form because you are logged into your WordPress.com account. We auto-fill that information for you on any WordPress.com contact form. If I look at that form, I see my information filled, and if anyone else looks at the form they see their own information filled out.

    If you view that page in an incognito window in Chrome you’ll see nothing autofilled at all.

    So your information has not been compromised in any way. This is how contact forms on WordPress.com work.
