Wonky Site Permalink

  My site has been recently facing some permalink issues. I create short permalinks for my posts. Like:
  http://www.fashionistalassie.com/rosegal-sale/
  But everytime i open the post these set of letters appear at the end of my permalink:
  For example:
  http://www.fashionistalassie.com/rosegal-sale/#.WXSUVRWGNaQ
  Can someone please explain why this happens?

  It does not look like your website, http://www.fashionistalassie.com, is hosted with WordPress.com.
