Won’t accept username

  I can’t update my plugin for wpbakery page builder. Settings won’t recognise my username. Can someone help?

  When it asks me to activate wpbakery page builder I click on that link, then it asks me to sign in which I try to do but then it says we cant find a user with that email address

  This seems to be more of a Licence issue. Can you try connecting with the WPbakery Support Team who will have more control over your licence information?
