  When I click on “activate” it says that it can’t

  Hi,

  Do you mean the email account activation link? What is the error message? The fact that you are able to post to this forum suggests that the account is active. Have you tried creating and publishing a post or page? You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar at right here to call for staff attention.
