Won't allow me to change appearance of my website

  This is the page i’m trying to load. http://intransitcreations.com/wordpress/wp-admin/themes.php
  All that shows is a blank page and will not allow me to see anything. I’ve been editing my site all day but must have taken a wrong step.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site at intransitcreations.com is not a WordPress.com site, but a self-hosted WordPress installation.

  You should be able to access the dashboard via http://intransitcreations.com/wp-admin, but if that does not work, please post in the self-hosted forums for help, as we’re not able to help with self-hosted sites in this forum:
