WON'T CANCEL PREMIUM AFTER SEVERAL TRIES, CHARGED CARD ANYWAYS

Title says it all. You guys charged my card after I tried to cancel who knows how many times. Now I am trying to process a refund, but I am not willing to bet you guys are watching that either. So here is my support ticket to these forums in hopes of resolving this issue.
I am normally very patient with these things but $100 is a lot of money. Now my entire monthly expenses are back-logged and I have no food in the fridge.
Refund my card NOW, please…

I am in the same position as winningb, i am trying like crazy to cancel the subscription and there is no positive result… WordPress sent me an e-mail saying that the charge will be done at May 5, and at wordpress says that will be done at May 6, and then WordPress did de charge May 4… I need my refund and to cancel WordPress Premium… I need your help, please.

The same thing occurred to me. I canceled (or at least attempted to) the day I signed up for the free trial because I realized I didn’t need it.
I was just charged for the purchase and do not want premium.
Please refund me my $99

I am experiencing the same problem with a refund. I tried several times to cancel my payment within the allotted time frame and it would not let me. Now of course it is past the 48 hours and no one will respond to my messages sent. I am very disappointed.
