Wont give me the option to add an outbound link

I cant figure out why it wont give me the option to add an outbound link on my blog page but only on my home page of my website
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Blog page is designed to automatically populate with your latest posts. Because of this, it doesn’t have the same editing interface as standard pages like your home page.
Could you let me know where exactly on the Blog page you’d like to insert the outbound link? Once I have a better understanding, I’ll be more than happy to guide you through the process or provide an alternative solution.

So it’s for an assignment for my digital marketing class and i have to add 2 to 5 outbound links to my blog post i’m not sure exactly which key words or phrases id like to pick yet but i’m wondering if there’s a way to add them without it being my homepage or any solutions you’d recommend

I’ve taken a look at the template and from what I can see, the links can be added straight into the content of the post: https://wordpress.com/post/willyt843.com/27
The links should also display on the blog page as well. :)
