Won’t import tumblr blog

I’m trying to import a tumblr blog to my wordpress page that I’ve only just made. It keeps saying that I can’t have more than one import going at once, but there are none currently running. I have cleared account info several times, as well as disconnected the tumblr account and reconnected it. Logged in and out of both platforms… and it still gives me the same error! Please help!!

I’ve seen the pinned thread from the moderators: I did start an upload and then cancel it, which I now understand is what’s causing the confusion due to the delays. Could you please reset my account? Thank you!

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
