Won’t let me back in

    I used to use wordpress for http://www.gentreo.com and I tried to get in the other day and it says that I no longer have an account. I started a new account juliegentreocom and it won’t let me attach the site to my new account. When another user goes in and tries to edit the site (using wordpress and elementor) she can and she can still see my original account. How do I get back into the original site?

    Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
