Wont let me cancel and get a refund

    I canceled my account a while ago was never charged anything then all of a sudden I got a charge on my paypal account…turns out they never canceled it so I go to cancel it again and it tells me I can cancel and get a refund….when I hit to cancel it says I cannot cancel….which means it wont let me cancel and get my refund…

    Hi naughtysweetrose, I had the same issue today and am wondering how to fix it. I took the exact same steps as you and the final page I saw was: “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.” No explanation, nothing.

    So I’d love some answers from WordPress so that I can get a refund process started! I no longer need my website either.
