Won't let me cancel services in the allowed time frame.

  I have tried to cancel my Duet theme purchase and videopress service within the 48 hour time frame and the page just reloads with no confirmation link sent to my address. I want to keep my other upgrades but not those two.

  I also have let inthewallofsound.com expire because I am not going to use it but it is still in my list of domains and I keep getting notices that my blog uses a domain that needs to be updated. I am good with and want to only use randythomas.co

  Both the Premium Theme and VideoPress upgrades have a 30-day refund period and as for removing the expired domain, I will tag this thread for staff assistance. Please be patient while they get back to you.

  Ok. That eases my mind on not having to get it done in 48 hours. Wonder where I got that from? :)

  Cancellation and refund of domain purchases must be done with 48 hours. :)

  As justjennifer has said you can cancel your Premium Theme and Videopress upgrades get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, you need to be logged in as the Admin on the site that purchased the theme. Go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

  Hi Timethief, I’ve had the same issue and the ‘cancel’ button’s not sending the confirmation email to my address either — I’m trying to cancel a premium theme order (have flagged it in the premium theme Gridspace forum but I think there’s also an issue with the broken cancel/refund button).

  I’ve been getting these reports form bloggers to day and my best guess is that Staff have disabled some upgrades and stores links. I’m flagging this thread for Staff attention. Don’t be surprised if I post this and magically something changes and suddenly the links work.
