Won't let me cancel upgrade

    Hi there,

    Trying to ‘permanently delete my site’ but it’s not letting my ‘cancel’ the upgrades. It has me click on ‘manage upgrades’ but from there, there are no options. Any insights? Thanks for the help thus far!

    We recommend you to Not delete a site, as you lose your domain, this action isn’t reversible — and won’t be available no longer

    @meredithmayo It will no doubt be the never-expiring Kiore Moana Premium theme preventing you deleting your site. You could speed things up by replying here that you definitely have no further use for the theme (or alternatively that you would like the theme transferring to another WordPress.com site) before staff reply to this thread.

    Hi,

    I upgrades from Perso to Premium thinking I would get access to plugins and Google Analytics but that’s in the Business Version. When I try to cancel my upgrade, it tells me that I will only get refunded $22 because I need to pay for my domain. I did however pay for the domain when I made my initial purchase for Perso.

    Please assist for full refund for the upgrade ($48).

    In future, please start a new thread rather than posting into an old thread created by someone else.

    To confirm, do you want to go back to having the Personal Plan, or do you want to cancel the plan completely? If you cancel via Purchases it will cancel the plan completely. Downgrades need to be done manually by us.

    kokkieh – I’ll start a new thread next time. I want to go back to the Personal Plan and get a full refund for the $48 charged to my card yesterday. Thank you for your help.
