won't let me change name servers

  Hello
  Am trying to change the name servers over from worpress.com to point somewhere else and am typing the correct address in but it will not save the changes. Is coming up with error message ‘Oops something went wrong’ Help please

  Just to be clear, I am going into ‘domain management’, clicking on ‘Name servers’ and then ‘use the custom name servers listed below’, and it won’t let me save the changes. Thanks again

  Could you tell me the name servers you’re hoping to use?

  I see that you’ve launched a self-hosted site. Are you trying to redirect all the traffic from geoffreyandgrace.wordpress.com/geoffreyandgrace.com to http://www.geoffreyandgrace.com.gridhosted.co.uk/ ?

  The servers are… ns1.vidacloud.co.uk and ns2.vidacloud.co.uk

  I just want my site to sit at geoffreyandgrace.com and any traffic going to geoffreyandgrace.wordpress.com to be redirected.

  I’m confused, then, why you need to change your name servers. Your WordPress.com site, geoffreyandgrace.wordpress.com, has WordPress.com name servers. So, if you want geoffreyandgrace.com to “point” to your WordPress.com site, you don’t need to adjust your name servers to the ones at vidacloud.co.uk. The domain should have WordPress.com name servers.

  This is what’s happening now when I go to: http://geoffreyandgrace.com/ — I see your WordPress.com site.

  Are you seeing something different? Or am I still not entirely understanding what you’re hoping to do? Thanks again for the clarification!

  I am seeing the same but what I am trying to do is move from .com to .org. I therefore want to see when I go to geoffreyandgrace.com my self- hosted site that was sitting at http://www.geoffreyandgrace.com.gridhosted.co.uk/ not my wordpress.com blog. Make sense?

  Aha! Now that makes sense :) Thanks for the clarification.

  I adjusted your name servers to:
  ns1.vidacloud.co.uk
  ns2.vidacloud.co.uk

  Please sit tight while these domain changes propagate around the world. (This can sometimes take up to 72 hours.)
