Won’t let me close account

I am trying to close my account because I had all prior pages from lauriecestnick.com forwarded to drlauriecestnick.com but you failed to forward one page and it stands alone online and I can’t get rid of it. To solve this problem I just want to delete that old page entirely and it’s not letting me. Preferably lauriecestnick.com/wordpress should go to drlauriecestnick.com as all lauriecestnick.com files do. Please help me delete lauriecestnick.com/wordpress or forward it to drlauriecestnick ..I just want the hits to go to my new page from that old URL …not for the webpage to replace my new one (drlaureicestnick)

lauriecestnick.com is neither registered nor hosted with us, and we have no control over any content appearing at that domain.
That site uses the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and support for that software is provided by the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
They don’t have any access to your site to fix this for you, but they should be able to tell you what you need to do to fix it yourself.
The only sites in your WordPress.com account are the free WordPress.com sites, https://lauriecestnick.wordpress.com/, https://drlauriecestnick.wordpress.com/, and https://drlauriecestnickblog.wordpress.com/, and none of them are currently being redirected, or “forwarded” to any other site. To that requires our Site Redirect upgrade, and you won’t be able to delete your WordPress.com account or any site to which that upgrade is added if you buy that:
