won’t let me create a new site

I was trying to create a new free site and it will not let me do so. What am I doing wrong? I keep getting error message.

Could you describe to us the steps you are taking to add a new site?

Hopefully we can help you get this sorted pretty quickly. There should be no limit to the number of free sites you can have on a WordPress.com account.
