Won't let me enable the manage feature in the Jetpack plugin?

Hi,
I set up a blog around a year ago and have just left it without actually posting anything until now. I got back on, and wanted to change my theme. When I click the theme tab in the left hand side I get this message:Looking to manage this site’s themes?
We need you to enable the Manage feature in the Jetpack plugin on your remote site.Which if clicked, then takes you to another WordPress sign in page. I write the same email and password I used to sign into WordPress but it says I’m wrong every time. Am I just being stupid and missing something out here?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry but we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.
