won't let me log in

Hello,
Each time I go to customize something it is asking me for my username and password. It keeps telling me I have it wrong. I have gone in twice to resist my password and it still won’t let me in to customize my page.
What is going on?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums.Difference between the two?
