Won’t let me login

  I made my account a few weeks ago and this has happened on multiple occasions. I try logging in with my username or email and password and it says there is no site or email registered with them. When I go to lost password it says the same thing. This is very frustrating when I have paid for this site for 3 years and can’t even login. How can I get this fixed?

  Hey taylorsandy01,

  If you open your website, there is a “coming soon” page which clearly shows that your website is hosted on Bluehost.

  It means we don’t have any control over this. We can help with the websites which are hosted on WordPress.com.

  You should contact your web hosting(Bluehost) customer support to get the login credentials.
