  hi, i want to upgrade to Premium for 99 USD, but the page won’t load. i can read all about it, but when i push the “upgrade” button, the page won’t load. help. i really, really want to get rid of these ads immediately – and i also hope to play around with video soon.

  Chrome and FF are the preferred browsers on WordPress.com, but if you are using one, try the other. Have you tried using a different browser?
