Wont let me push staging site live

  Hello
  I have created a staging site, I have just watched a tutorial on how to set this live.
  On the actions drop down I should see ‘push site live’ however that is not an option for me, please can you advise?

  I’ve checked it, and the site belpernaturalhealth.co.uk is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
