won't let me upgrade to premium
-
hi there, i am trying to upgrade the blog to premium so that no ads show up. the blog is going live tomorrow. however, it is saying that i am not eligible. Why is this? I had previously spoken at length with a customer service representative who helped me remove the upgrade from the site i mistakenly bought it for. now i’m unable to buy it for the one i really need it for. i want to launch the blog at 6 AM tomorrow without ads. please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
The issue is that you already own two upgrades that are part of the Premium bundle. In that scenario, WordPress.com views your account as ineligible for the bundle.
As a temporary solution, I have added the No Ads upgrade to your blog with an expiration date of 2/24/15 so you can launch right away. You can see that here:

I’ve also sent a manual payment request for $79 ($20 discount since you already purchased the domain). That request should be in your email. Once you make the payment, I’ll swap out the Custom Design upgrade and No Ads for the Premium bundle.

No problem, Joe! We seem to have lost each other on chat. Sorry about that!
Everything should be setup correctly now though, and you should see your Premium plan when you visit your My Upgrades page –

Enjoy, and do let us know if we can ever do anything else for you. Have a good one! :)
