Won’t let me upgrade Via PayPal, click pay on PayPal and it redirects me to Word press without anything else

– Clear your browser’s cache:
– Log out and log back into your WordPress.com account
– Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:

I have followed the steps you have suggested, yet it still will not work, After continuing to PayPal and confirming, it redirects me to WordPress pay option again, I have tried multiple times, yet the same result.

Are you able to make the payment using a different browser, or do you also have the same trouble there?

Im using Safari 11.1, ive also tried on Chrome in which It still doesn’t work. In about 20 minutes ill try on internet explorer and get back to you, but I don’t understand why its not working on the two mainly used web browsers though

This is what should happen:
– You enter your country name and zip
– You click the purchase via paypal button
– After several seconds you should get a PayPal login screen
Are you seeing that?

If you scroll up to my previous comments you’ll see what is happening.
-I click pay via PayPal
-Select country and ZIP
-It take me to PayPal login
-I login and click confirm
-It then takes me to confirm further via PayPal
-I confirm
-It then redirects me back to the WordPress pay without taking payment
-I have tried multiple times over and over yet it still takes me back to the previous page.
-I have Tried via multiple browsers yet it still doesn’t take payment and reverts me back to the pay page

Do you have any firewalls in place?
And are you using any extensions in both of these browsers you’ve tested?

I’ve tried on my MacBook, My Mac and my desktop and all comes back the same, firewalls disabled even though that wouldn’t make a difference, everything I have done that is suggested, isn’t working at all.

Is the firewall for the connection or is it configured separately on all of these devices? Our payments team has seen this with certain firewall configurations, which is why we brought it up as a relevant issue.
If it’s a firewall on the connection itself, can you let us know which one? Also, would you consider taking the MacBook to another connection not affected by that firewall?
