Won’t publish, even though updated scheduled post

I have a post that was originally post-dated to publish tomorrow.
But I changed to publish it today. Now it hasn’t published..it’s past the time /hr. I had revised the setting. I pressed update button to make sure all settings to publish were updated.
I’ve had this happen before occasionally.

Have you confirmed that 1) you’re not just viewing a cached version of the page? 2) your time settings on the blog are in alignment with your actual time, rather than the blog being x hours behind?
We can’t say whether or not we see the post until you give us the title of the post.

You have one post scheduled to be published in 18 hours or so from now.
Could you check to see if your timezone is set correctly? (Settings > General) -
Thx, I did correct it.
And also cleared my Internet temp.cache, cookies, temp. files which indicated some serious problems where I lost embedded photos in the aforementioned post. Scary.
And the post was saved and done with photos yesterday!
