won't take my password

I haven’t posted on my blog since 2013. I cannot get into it and wordpress will not send me a new password or any confirmation regarding this account.

Which username account registered it? -
My user name that I used is crystallball7. I can still read it when I google it, but cannot log in using the email address attached to the account. Luckydogsoftbiscuits was a different account no longer used.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete the site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
