won't upload pictures to my blog

  Random tech question: are you having trouble with your site? I have always uploaded my style pics for my this week’s style guide but this week it will not upload my picture I have tried everything??? I can’t upload any pictures at all now????

  Windows 7 internet explorer. Which I have always used an it’s been fine but all the sudden I can’t upload any media at all???
