There are a few options for getting e-commerce going on your site including the option to use Woocommerce, but you will need a Business Plan, details of which can be found here:

To install the WooCommerce plugin on your WordPress.com site cannapureextracts.wordpress.com you need to upgrade to the Business plan as this is the only plan that allows the installation of plugins. You can read more about the features of the Business plan here:
